Art Accommodation in Lutzville comprises of 7 fully serviced double and single en auite rooms. 3 of which is equiped to be used as self-catering units if preffered. All rooms have private entrances, secure parking and delicious breakfasts are served either insode or in the lapa. Giuests are notrestricted to their rooms but have access to all lounge areas in the guesthouse. Children are welcome too.

A 50% deposit is payable upfront to secure your booking, the outstanding amount is payable on the date of arrival. Please note that no refunds will be paid for leaving prior to booked departure date(s). Cancellation:One week prior - 75% cancellation fee
Two weeks prior - 50% cancellation fee
Three weeks prior - 25% cancellation fee
Four weeks prior - 15% cancellation fee
