The view from the patio is exceptional and will soon persuade you to sit down and unwind. Whether you are a single person or a party of six, you will have exclusive occupancy of the house. The village and surrounding neighborhood is safe and peaceful and all amenities and activities are within easy walking or driving distance of the cottage.
The house consists of three bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with full DStv and a built-in braai. The patio offers beautiful views of the ocean. Should only two guests book, the other rooms will not be let out to ensure guests have privacy and do not need to share the facilities.

cancellation policy
All amounts, unless indicated, are payable in advance. Cancellation by client: Cancellation of a booking must be made in writing and is not effective until the Company receives such cancellation. In the event of cancellation 30 days prior to arrival the following charge will apply: 15 to 30 days = 50 % total fare; 7 to 14 days = 75 % total fare; 0 to 7 days =100 % total fare.
