Honne-Pondokkies is situated in the remote village of Hondeklip Bay on the Namaqualand coast, where peace and tranquility are a way of life and folks live at ease with their surroundings. Here all visitors are welcome and free to meander, without restraint or apprehension, along a picturesque 14 km shoreline.

We offer six self-catering units with views of the ocean from the patios, and within walking distance to the beach.

Enjoy a sundowner on the patio while watching a beautiful sunset.
We also have a huge lapa and boma for the more adventurous.
All our units are fully equipped with gas stoves (oven included), microwave ovens, ect.

All six units are pet friendly, but on owner’s own risk.

rooms/units

Pondokkie 3, 4, 5 and 6 consist of one double bed and two single beds. These are open plan units and are thatch roof units with a top bedroom(loft). We provide bedding and all cutlery, crockery and kitchen essentials. The units further have electric equipment, such as a microwave oven, kettle, toaster and fridge. These make use of gas geysers. All units have flat-screen television sets with selected DStv channels.

Pondokkie 2 – This unit is comfortably furnished with two en-suite bedrooms with single beds, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch, suitable for 1 adult or two small children. There is a braai area on the patio. En-suite, Shower only, Balcony/patio, Self-catering, Sleeper couch, Single beds, Heater, No Smoking in Rooms

Pondokkie 1- This unit consists of one bedroom with two single beds, a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and an open-plan living area with a sleeper couch. There is a braai area on the patio.
